We take your right to privacy seriously. Please read below for details of how we process your personal information. 

The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

• Personal details (allergies etc.) for after school club purposes 

We do not collect cookies on this webpage, however Google may collect cookies and you should be notified of this on entry to the site. 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for contact purposes. 

We use the information that you have given us in order to: 

• Provide information about the session 

• Notify you of any changes to the time or running of the session

• Request feedback following a session/block of sessions

• Let you know about any other sessions which you may be interested in attending. 

• Contact you regarding your child’s after school club experience or in case of emergency 

• Inform our after school club planning i.e. with regards to allergies etc.

We will not share your information with any third party unless legally obligated to do so. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the email address below. 

How we store your personal information 

Your information is stored within the booking software we use (Bookwhen). We will also store information electronically on our Google Drive Account. This has two step verification on log-in, in order to keep this secure. 

We will keep your name and email address on the software and Google Drive for two years from your last booking. We will then delete this information from our customer database within the booking software and any information saved on the drive. 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
